Our representative real estate and commercial law clients, include:
- Represented as defense counsel, a general contractor who specialized in concrete, against a large prime contractor in construction of a major hotel. The prime contractor filed an action in state court related to tortious interference, unjust enrichment, and trademark infringement. We successfully had the case dismissed against our client prior to trial.
